Please Read Before Sending a Message

Depending on where you’re browsing from, we try to select the best currency for you to pay in. For customers in the US, Canada, the UK, the Euro zone and Australia, payment is in your local currency. For New Zealand customers, payment is in Australian dollars. For everyone else, our orders are processed in US dollars.

Quality is job #1, so we want to know if there is something wrong with the product you receive. Send us an email with the issue (with pictures if you can), and we’ll get back to you ASAP with the next steps. Email us at contact@walletkingdom.com.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.  We do offer expedited shipping options which will be displayed at checkout. For more information, see our Shipping Information.

Our wallets are made from top grain, pull-up leather. Over time, this wallet will build character as it ages and develops a rich patina without needing much care. If your wallet gets wet, dry it slowly at room temperature. If it too dry, rub it with a leather conditioner or cream. If it gets dirty, clean with a damp cloth (without soap). But, really, it should take care of itself.
